No, reservations are not required as the Self Wash service is operated on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that the last wash must commence one hour before closing time.
Typically, we do not accept walk-in grooming appointments. However, we encourage you to contact us and check for availability, as we may be able to accommodate your request.
The cost for the Self Wash service is $17, which covers the provision of shampoo and conditioner, combs and brushes, blueberry facial shampoo, towels, and an apron to ensure your comfort and dryness throughout the session.
Our return policy extends to 14 days from the date of purchase, subject to the provision of a valid proof of purchase. Food items are only eligible for return if they are in their original packaging. However, collars, leashes, and other apparel items are non-returnable due to sanitary reasons.
Appointment scheduling is not necessary for nail trimming services, as they are provided on a daily basis during operational hours between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm. However, please note that the availability of our groomers may vary, and we recommend contacting us in advance to confirm their availability.
